You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. All orders ship via USPS.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

To honor our environmental values, we currently ship only within the U.S.

Flat rate $11 on all orders under $75. Orders $75 and up ship free.

Orders are packed Friday through Sunday and shipped Monday. For example, both a Monday and Friday order in the same week will ship together the following Monday.

Physical orders can be changed or canceled until they’re processed (i.e., before a tracking number is issued). Digital products can’t be modified once delivered. Services may be cancelled before they are performed, but not after a reading has been concluded or once the recipient receives the deliverables.

Because mindful consumption matters, returns aren’t accepted once an order is processed. If your item arrives damaged, please Contact us with photos and your order number so we can make it right. Once a Service is performed or delivered, no refunds are offered. A portion of every purchase goes towards supporting our Forever Familiars Project and other Magic In Action efforts.

The “somatic” in our Custom ITBC™ 5×7 SOMATIC Tarot Reading refers to Somatic Exercise. Somatic Exercises are gentle exercises (micro-movements) that you can do laying in bed or on the floor (no equipment needed) that release stress and stored trauma out of your body. When you purchase a Custom ITBC™ 5×7 Somatic Tarot Reading, a bespoke, guided sequence of Somatic Exercises is included at the end of the video so that you can revisit and practice as often as you’d like (referred to as a Somatic Exercise Experience).

When you purchase a Custom ITBC™ 5×7 SOMATIC Tarot Reading you will receive a Waiver & Release Form that must be completed and returned to us before the SOMATIC portion of your purchase can be delivered. Your card reading is completed + video/audio recorded at the date/time of your booking, followed immediately by the visual/audio demonstration of the Somatic Exercises related to the specific cards from your reading. You will receive a private link to your reading video that will include: deck unboxing, deck shuffling, drawing of cards, the full spread, individual card meanings, collective card meaning, followed by your bespoke Somatic Exercise Experience sequence in the final portion of your video.
